In a food processor blend all ingredients for 1-3 minutes until smooth. Serve or store in fridge for 4-5 days.

August 21, 2024 Pretty good, if you don't normally eat much sugar...if you are used to sugar sweets it may not be so appealing. Of course, you'd want to use a nice fresh ripe avocado (not overripe). I've made a similar recipe before using dates instead of maple syrup.
