Nestled into the eastern Cascades, Brownfield Orchard is 46 acres of certified organic farmland overlooking the Columbia River Basin in beautiful Chelan, Washington. Brownfield Orchard was one of the first to be certified organic by Washington State Department of Agriculture after they adopted the Organic Food Program in 1988.
Apples are Brownfield's primary crop, and they grow 9 different varieties from granny smith to pink lady. Brownfield also offers various types of pears, cherries and stone fruits all grown via ecological farming techniques and with a focus on sustainability.
