Description
Our Focaccia Dough is enriched with Olive Oil, which produces a crispy, chewy crumb. Each is topped with more Olive Oil, Rosemary, Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper, then baked in a 8" Square pan. The Sourdough provides beautiful lift, and renders a rather grand loaf with a crunchy exterior and soft interior. A truly decadent bread.
