Ingredients
1 lime sliced
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 750 ml bottle of champagne dry or "Brut" and chilled well
3 cups pomegranate juice
6 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
fresh rosemary for garnish
Directions
Use a slice of lime and run along the rim of each champagne flute.
Dip the rim of the champagne flute in the granulated sugar.
Fill 8 champagne flutes halfway full of pomegranate juice.
Fill the rest of the glasses with sparkling wine, adding more or less if desired.
Garnish each glass with 1 Tablespoon pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary.
